Video Interview

As part of our hiring process, National Staffing Solutions, Inc. may invite candidates to participate in recorded video interviews.

1. Information We Collect

• Responses to interview questions
• Any information voluntarily provided during the interview

2. Purpose of Collection

• Evaluating candidate qualifications
• Supporting hiring decisions
• Internal review by authorized personnel

3. Consent to Recording

Participation is voluntary. By providing consent, you agree to the collection and use of your recorded responses as described in this policy.

4. Use and Access

Accessible only to recruiters, hiring managers, and authorized internal team members. Not shared externally without additional consent unless required by law.

5. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable measures to protect recorded data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

6. Retention

Recordings may be retained to complete the hiring process, consider candidates for future opportunities, and maintain records. You may request deletion by contacting us below.

7. Your Rights

• Decline to participate in a recorded interview
• Request access to or deletion of your recording (where applicable)
